Working
closely with all staff concerned, the
assignment includes a developing proposals
for the merger of the housing DLO with
the client control service, updating
the schedule of rates documents, introducting
new structures and operational arrangements,
advising on IT implications, team building,
staff training and the development
of new service delivery initiatives.

included is the development of a new
property management strategy shifting
the emphasis from responsive to planned
and cyclic maintenance.

homelessness and housing advice service.
The
review is intended to build upon earlier
best value and performance reports and
identify key aspects of the service for
specific attention. 4EIGHTY will work
with staff and in consultation with users
to develop systems and structures to
best meet the challenges faced in meeting
the demands of this high intensity service.
The
assignment places a strong emphasis on
developing team
performance and a positive attitude towards
change and external scrutiny.

HOW TO CONDUCT A CUSTOMER SURVEY - STAFF TRAINING
Fairfield want to
find out what their tenants and other customers think about the services
they receive from the Co-op but they don't want to pay large fees for off-the
shelf solutions.
4EIGHTY's training
introduces staff to the basics of setting up and carrying out a survey and
giving practical advice on the main "do's and don'ts".

ELDERPARK HOUSING ASSOCIATION
ELDERPARK STREET NEIGHBOURHOOD STRATEGY
4EIGHTY is in the process of completing a comprehensive strategy for the future management and maintenance of the association's tenement stock in Elderpark Street, Govan. Work has included a comprehensive options appraisal of various management and development alternatives and a heavy focus on resident, staff and committee engagement.
A significant aspect of this assignment has been the consideration of approaches to dealing with serious anti-social behaviour and security services.

INTERNAL MANAGEMENT PLAN
4EIGHTY is assisting the association producing its Internal Management Plan (IMP) for 2005 - 2008. Working closely with a steering group of staff, management and committee, 4EIGHTY will pull together the key strategic framework supporting the IMP and facilitate the definition of clear strategic and operational objectives in accordance with recent IMP guidance.

SCOTTISH HOUSING QUALITY STANDARD DELIVERY PLAN
4EIGHTY was appointed to assist the association with the production of its plan to bring its stock up to the new Scottish Housing Quality Standard. Appointed 9th February 2005 the project was completed on time by end April 2005. 4EIGHTY worked in partnership with F3 Building Surveyors on this assignment, our second joint project for this client.
